Most of the challenge came from the fact that Thorn doesn't actually own many different clothes....
1) Everyday/casual wear - off-duty, this is the kind of thing he wears 90% of the time.
2) Formal/black tie - the knightly dress uniform is his go-to outfit for anything fancy.
3) Swimwear - his country's fashion here is somewhere around the US 1920s through 1950s.
4) Underwear - gives you a nice view of all his stylish scars.
5) Sportswear/exercise gear - his work uniform, minus the tunic.
6) Pajamas/sleepwear - with unicorn slippers!
7) At work/school - on-duty! This is what you'll see him wearing most in-strip.
