For the start i slice this review into five part.

(Originality)
The concept about putting madoka black dress instead white dress is the pretty only the unique point on this art.

(Vision)
Its vision pretty well on reflecting innocent characteristic of Madoka. The pose is pretty well executed and the background is pretty good.

(Technique)
The overall technique on this art is pretty basic. The contrast color beetween background and foreground could be done better. The shading of the art is good but little basic. The line is kinda rough need little polished. The color of artwork lack of variation.

(Impact)
From my perspective about the artwork is average. Its pleasing but not inspiring.

(Overall)
Overall is pretty decent art. Its basic and simple but nice, Its just need a little lot work. Well i hope you could do better next time.
