In a deleted scene from the movie, a slightly panicky Chuck attempts to distract Seamus with ice cream. Claire does not approve, which gives Chuck the opportunity to turn her into the bad guy - probably a rarity, since it's implied elsewhere that Chuck yells at Seamus a lot.
Still, I figure these two must have happy moments sometimes. Mint for Seamus, chocolate chip cookie dough for Chuck.
