Timothy, Shine's resident OC-in-Iscariot.
Unlike most characters I draw in drag, where it's mostly for entertainment value, Timothy is actually more comfortable in women's clothing. Or would be, if his strict Catholic upbringing had ever allowed him to explore the possibility. (Even I still haven't figured out if he's trans, genderqueer, or just into drag.)
Of course, now that he knows Heinkel is intersex (and doesn't identify as either male or female), his concept of gender lines is starting to blur...not that he'll have much time to experiment now, either, what with the whole "World War III" thing about to start.
(In honor of the 11th annual Transgender Day of Remembrance, let me just tell you right now that Timothy will survive. So will Heinkel, for that matter.)

Timothy sort of reminds me of Ritsu Sohma from Fruits Basket, in that women's clothing just makes them feel comfortable and both have been told that it's "wrong".
I really like how he's helping Shine explore the more gray areas of gender issues and the LGBT community.
