Oh my, that is lovely, especially the small smile and eyebrows. The addition of gloves is gorgeous, as is the actual tuxedo shirt that Jon failed to wear with his Emmy tux :-p The sparkles make it perfect!
...the answer is probably no since there are so many factors involved, but would it be okay to make an icon from this? Actually, how do you feel about you artwork being used for icons in general (properly credited of course) when it hasn't been specifically commissioned by someone else?
