Tuxedo Chibi-Mask and Phoebe

Prince Tsukino Mamoru (Chibimoru), Tuxedo Chibi-Mask, the only son of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask. He throws pink sugar roses; the male Amazon Quartet will become his equivalent to his father's four crystal guardians.

He charms all the cute young villainettes, but his true love is Pegasus/Phoebe. (In Greek mythology, Phoebe is one of the daughters of Helios, as well as another name for Artemis. So the name is linked to Helios - a sun god - but has moon connotations, making Phoebe a good foil to Chibimoru's earth connotations.)
